Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting an Australian business! At CosyPets, we ship all orders directly from our Australian warehouse to get your pet’s favorites to you as fast as possible.

1. Fast Australian Dispatch

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and verified within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Note: Regional or remote areas may take slightly longer (up to 7 business days).

2. Shipping Rates

  • We ship exclusively within Australia.

  • All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

3. Changes to Your Order

To ensure we meet our fast delivery targets, we begin processing orders almost immediately. We cannot add, remove, or modify items or addresses once an order has been placed. Please double-check your details at checkout.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Check Your Details: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

  • Errors: If you notice an error, email us at hello@cosypets.com.au immediately. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed.

  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, a re-shipping fee will apply to send the item back out to you.

5. Delivery Issues & Tracking

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • Theft/Loss: While we provide tracking for every order, we are not responsible for packages stolen after a successful delivery has been confirmed by the courier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a business address if you are not home during the day.
